SIM · Structured Improvement Movement

Strategic transformation for purpose-led impact.

We guide visionaries, changemakers, educators, and entrepreneurs to transform lived experience into operational excellence. Whether you're a neurodivergent creator launching a passion-led startup or a grassroots organisation ready to scale digitally — we architect systems that are soul-aligned, sustainable, and scalable.

Our Philosophy

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all business models. We believe in structures that are conscious, culturally intelligent, and purpose-rooted.

Our approach blends real-world operational strategy, inner work, and ethical entrepreneurship — designed to help individuals and organisations move from confusion to clarity, from burnout to blueprint.

What makes SIM unique is that our work is rooted in lived experience, system design, and spiritual alignment, not abstract theory. Every framework we offer has been applied, tested, and born from necessity — not textbook case studies.

Ra'ana Khan

Ra'ana Khan — Founder

Founder – SIM | Business Systems Strategist | Certified Career & Entrepreneurship Coach | Consciousness, Trauma and Neurodiversity Coach | Researcher

Born in Jordan and raised across multicultural settings, Ra'ana brings a globally attuned, multidisciplinary lens to her work. With over two decades of cross-sector experience, she integrates strategic clarity, operational systems design, and trauma-informed coaching to architect business models that are soul-aligned, sustainable, and scalable.

Ra'ana holds a Master's in Childhood and Early Years (Distinction) from Leeds Beckett University and is a certified entrepreneurship, career, and business coach. Her work bridges the gap between high-level policy, academic precision, and practical operational application.

Her professional portfolio is defined by high-impact, systemic transformation:

  • Policy & Curriculum Strategy: Ra'ana recently served as a Curriculum Reviewer for the National Curriculum Council (Government of Pakistan), conducting a formal review of the Cambridge International AS & A Level Sociology Coursebook. Her work focused on ensuring content alignment with national ideology, cultural values, and academic rigor, providing page-level corrective measures to critical educational infrastructure.
  • Systems Engineering & NGO Operations: Beyond her local NGO impact in Pakistan, Ra'ana has provided critical strategic support to Netherlands-based international NGOs. She specializes in developing auditable treasury systems and digitizing grassroots education models, ensuring operations remain both scalable and transparent across diverse geographic contexts.
  • Project Leadership: She specializes in managing large-scale, remote, cross-functional projects. Notably, she independently architected a multi-group remote workflow to systematize, proofread, and digitize a five-volume English Tafseer, launching a 3,000+ page website (English-Tafseer.com) in just four months — an initiative for which she also mastered Adobe Dreamweaver for front-end development.
  • Academic & Research Impact: A former Research Associate at the Lahore School of Economics, Ra'ana is a dedicated researcher specializing in neurodevelopmental atypicality. She is the developer of proprietary frameworks, including the NASI™ (Neurodevelopmental-Atypicality Structured Inquiry), designed to support undiagnosed adults in navigating diagnostic barriers.

She has authored Falling in Love with Islam: Handbook 1, a simplified resource promoting accessible Islamic education.

Known for her systems thinking and integrative approach, Ra'ana combines business strategy, consciousness coaching, and neurodiversity management to help clients design scalable, purpose-driven structures. Her work bridges the gap between vision and execution — building "human-centred" operational infrastructures that allow purpose-led ventures to scale with integrity.
